there are three things i need help with....only resopnd if you know what
you are talking about please.
*i need to know the best way to handle my golden gecko when removing it
from its cage...it is always a difficult task; i got bit once and my geck
gets freaked out; i cant figure out the safest and most efficient way. any
suggestions?
*im not sure how to determine the gender of my golden gecko...i know
females are smaller but is there any other way to tell than size?
*when i bought my gecko almost 3 years ago, it came from a tank that also
carried another gecko...i think it might be more fun for the geckos to
hang out with each other instead of just having my one alone all the
time...but im not sure if its been too long since it was around another
gecko to the point that he may attack or injure the other geck.
please only give feedback if you have definate answers or personal
expirience.and remember i have a GOLDEN gecko, not a leopard or anything
else people get them confused with; there care is different. thank you!

You might try chasing it into an opaque plastic jar, then putting the lid on
it once it's in there.

It may be more fun for YOU in that you could observe interaction, but the
gecko is indifferent to "fun." :) In fact, you could wind up stressing
either your current gecko, or the new arrival, or both, not to mention
introducing pathogens.

You should try the Geko forum over at forums.kingsnake.com. They will have
more specific answers.
