several slip-sliding snakes.

Who gives a flying flip what the wholey babble has to say about
anything,especially snakes. We've come a long way in scientific knowlege
since that bronze-age collection of superstition and myth.

Certainly snakes have not faired well at the hands of people those who
follow the Bible's "collection of superstition and myth."

There might be some benefit in undertanding what the Bible says
regarding snakes, if only because that particular mythological system
has so completely permeated the western psyche. Though the linked
website would be of little use in that regard considering that it
seriously attempts to make a case for the belief that snakes "eat dust."
