I have a biology degree (a B.S.) and am looking foreward to doing
research for am M.S. degree. I currently do NOT have easy access to
college/university libraries, so I hope you folks can help.
Does anyone know whetgher there has been molecular ecology studies on
turtles? Take a look at this page: www.isleroyalewolf.org/publications_ISRO
and scroll down to the study by L.M. Vucetich, et al., entitled
"Genetic (RAPD) diversity in Peromyscus maniculatus in a naturally
fragmented landscape". Turtles have fragmented "waterscapes" and
research like this might be interesting.
Feel free to respond here and/or email me - my actual address is
